Information we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect the contact, company, process, tools, desired result, timeline, budget, consent, and source-page details you choose to provide. We do not ask you to submit confidential records or sensitive personal data through the public form.
Why we use it
We use the information to review your request, decide whether it is suitable, prepare for a conversation, respond to you, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, and maintain a basic lead record.
Legal basis and consent
We process submitted information to take steps at your request before a possible service agreement and, where applicable, based on the consent you provide in the form. You may withdraw consent for future contact.
Recipients and processors
Website hosting, database, email, analytics, or scheduling providers may process limited information on Zeta IT’s behalf. We do not sell form submissions. The current contact form stores requests in the website’s configured Firebase project.
Retention
Lead information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to review the request, continue a business conversation, meet legal obligations, or resolve a dispute. A fixed production retention schedule must be confirmed by the owner before launch.
Cookies and analytics
The website uses required technical storage for preferences such as theme. No optional advertising tracker is configured in this release. If nonessential analytics is enabled later, consent controls and this policy must be updated before it runs where required.
International transfers
Online providers may process data outside Jordan. Their contractual and technical safeguards should be reviewed when production accounts and regions are confirmed.
Security
We use validation, minimal collection, access controls, HTTPS in production, and anti-spam checks. No online transmission or storage method is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion, or ask a privacy question by emailing ceo@zetait.net. Rights depend on the law that applies to your situation.

We may update this policy when the website, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated date below will change when a revision is published.
