Starting prices and timelines
Published prices are marked ‘from’ and are not quotations. Timing is an estimate after requirements, access, and responsibilities are complete. Scope, deliverables, exclusions, ownership, payment terms, third-party costs, and support must be agreed in writing.
No guaranteed outcomes
Automation, AI, monitoring, dashboards, and software can fail or produce incorrect output. Zeta IT does not guarantee ROI, accuracy, availability, source continuity, or a particular commercial result.
Web-data services
Not every website can or should be collected. Source access, terms, data type, purpose, technical restrictions, frequency, and applicable laws must be reviewed. High-risk or ambiguous requests may require written permission or independent legal advice.
Demonstrations
Content labeled Demonstration System is built to show capability. It is not a client deployment, verified client result, production service, or promise that every shown capability is immediately available.
Intellectual property
Website text, design, and brand materials belong to Zeta IT or their respective owners. Project code, data, accounts, and deliverables are governed by the signed project agreement.
Third-party services
Hosting, APIs, AI providers, Microsoft licenses, data providers, connectors, messaging, scheduling, and other external services have their own terms, limits, fees, and availability.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, submit unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, or use forms for spam.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zeta IT is not responsible for indirect loss arising from reliance on general website information or from third-party services linked from the site.
